Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Products with broken seals or that have been opened
  • Items that are intimate or sanitary goods
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Any item that is marked as non-returnable

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at namaste@giftifys.com or call +91 7599 630 114 to request a return authorization.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the RMA number.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at namaste@giftifys.com.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at namaste@giftifys.com and we will guide you through the process.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at namaste@giftifys.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or providing a refund.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.

For custom orders with branding or personalization, cancellations are only accepted before production begins.
